Integrated with an AI-powered Digital Immigration Inspector that leverages advanced large language models and sophisticated algorithmic analysis, the system enables arriving passengers to seamlessly undergo tailored border control procedures. These procedures include capturing biometric data, providing address information, and specifying the purpose of their visit and more, all these were facilitated through intuitive voice interactions that support multiple languages. Additionally, the Digital Immigration Inspector intelligently generates tailored inspection questions in a conversational, voice-interactive format based on each passenger's individual circumstances and comprehensive travel document analysis, thereby assisting border control officers in pre-screening and risk identification, improving inspection efficiency at the counter.

Introducing the Digital Travel ID Solution

Moreover, we introduced the advanced Digital Travel ID solution, which has been implemented at more than 270 airports. Registered and approved passengers can seamlessly pass through border control using Digital Travel ID through a biometric authentication system.

Showcasing the All-In-One Smart eCounter

In addition, we showcased the All-In-One Smart eCounter, which integrates all essential devices and systems required for efficient border control processing. These features include AI-driven document reading and analysis, passport stamp management, a multilingual intelligent inquiry system, eGates, anti-tailgating system, on-duty management systems, device management systems, and more. This integrated solution enhances operational efficiency, improves passenger experience, and strengthens overall border security.
