Built on EMPTECH’s trusted digital ID platform, these innovations integrate advanced technologies including communications, precise positioning, and NFC-based contact-less payment to provide enhanced safety and convenience for students and senior citizens during their daily public transit journeys.

The Electronic Student ID offers seamless contact-less payment for transit, one-card-per-person management, and automatic student identification to enable fare discounts. It also provides essential services such as voice calls, location tracking, and emergency alerts, addressing the specific needs of children and offering peace of mind to their families.

The Electronic Senior Citizen ID similarly delivers contact-less transit payment and one-card-per-person management with automatic senior identification for fare concessions. Focusing on senior travel safety, it innovatively incorporates multi-level emergency services tailored for healthy seniors and those with varying degrees of disability, including one-touch calling, emergency alerts, anti-fraud warnings, lost-person location tracking, intelligent water-area alarms, and travel trajectory monitoring, creating a comprehensive safety net that reassures families.

Both IDs can be managed conveniently via mobile devices. Authorized family members can access relevant information remotely. Additionally, the system supports full online registration and management, including application, verification, card issuance, recharging, and inquiry, eliminating the need for in-person service visits and greatly enhancing convenience for these user groups.
