Home Return Permit is a travel document to Mainland China for Chinese Nationals who are permanent residents or settled in Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR. Card holders of Home Return Permit are able to enter Mainland China for tourism or business purposes within the validity.

It only takes several minutes for the applicants to complete the application of Home Return Permit and information collection. The solution significantly shortens the processing time, which brings convenience to the applicants.

We have also introduced the mobile enrollment terminals which the officer will be able to assist the elderly and people who are physically challenged to travel to the application office or self service kiosks.
