Handan Public Transport Corporation was founded in 1990. It operates 2,132 vehicles and 93 lines, carrying more than 130 million passengers annually, and ranks top three of passenger volume in Hebei province.

According to the city development demand, the SaaS Cloud Service Platform developed by EMPTECH has been introduced in Handan, including Passenger Travel Service system, Mobile Payment system, Intelligent Scheduling system, ERP Resource Management system, and Big Data Analytics & Decision Support systems.

The system provided mobile payment service as well as real-time information for travel route, bus location and arrival time according to passenger travel needs. The intelligent scheduling equipment and management system realized high-efficient operation scheduling and management, also, the multi-functional on-board safety control terminal has greatly improved the safety of travel.

For the internal management of operator, the system enabled life-cycle management of vehicle, material and human resources, thus to provide full support for the operation.
